As well as working on numerous single asset transactions, we worked in Nigeria with a consortium of advisers on the due diligence for the privatisation of Nigeria Hotels Ltd, a multi-site owner/operator. We are extremely knowledgeable about the hotel sector in Nigeria and are regarded as the foremost international expert on the subject. Our Lagos office was established in 2003 in order better to serve our clients in sub-Saharan Africa. This Lagos office is supported by correspondent offices in London, Madrid, Istanbul, and Nairobi.
